Avocadoooooo is green!

Requirements to meet a perfect Avocado Smoothie:

1. The Blender

a. With ice-cubes, you need to buy a special, strong blender

b. Without ice-cubes, you can buy a normal, simple blender

2. Condensed milk

3. Fresh Milk (Recommended is 99.9% Fat free)

4. Avocado (Found in Cold-Storage, Save ‘N Shop)

5. Professional knife for cut the fruit carefully

Preparation before a Avocado Smoothie to be ready

1. Avocado

a. Cut it half vertically “Lengthwise” (SEE PICTURE!)

b. After making a two vertical halves, you can pick one of them

c. Remove the BIG seed of it

d. Then cut it into small pieces (Never ignore the tiny pieces!)
Cover the other half with a plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for your next day! Remember that the half will be expired after 2 days due to the air exposure

2. Condensed milk a. Take one or two of it. [Use a teaspoon]

3. Fresh Milk

a. 200ml – 250ml of fresh milk [except for those who want to use ice- cubes, please go to the number 4]

4. In case you want ice-cubes to be added

a. Fill them into a 200ml cup

b. 100ml – 150ml of Fresh milk, NOT 200ml – 250ml of milks due to the ice-cubes

Ready to be served!

Please put all to your blender and make it be blended within 2minutes. If with ice-cubes, please allow it to be blended bit longer than 2mins. Otherwise, it will give a bland taste.

Another thing is to note that you should not put a whole avocado to it because it also will give a bland taste and even some tiny pieces will be stuck among your gum – hard to enjoy them!

Just a half used is good enough!

Be good to your body; Listen to it

If you are suffering from lactose, frequent headaches or allergy to milks, please do not follow the recipe of the Avocado Smoothie.

Important is to listen to what your doctor give you his/her consultation.

Milks, avocado’s skin can trigger the headaches, lactose-sufferers, allergic-sufferer to the latex, thanks. Be good to your body than abusing it.

Note: I have not tried to use Soy Bean Milk but will try it next time. Why not give it a try yourself too?>

Diet-watcher: This smoothie is equal to a meal per day. Hey, please never skip your other two meals if you are drinking the avocado smoothie once – Recommended is Meal’s Morning-Time. Very effective, awesome for the constipation sufferers.
